If you send an invoice to a customer in Germany, and the invoice comes from your Paraguayan RUC, you will need to pay income tax, and in some cases, VAT as well. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you were abroad when you performed the work; it still counts as Paraguayan-sourced income taxable under local laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversely, if you have an offshore LLC without a permanent establishment in Paraguay, and the invoice sent to the client comes from this LLC, then you do not need to include it in your income tax declaration.
